Wieso nur einen Tempban? Immerhin hast du dir gegenüber deinen Gegnern einen unfairen Vorteil verschafft. Dies ist durchaus gleichzusetzen mit einem Wallhack nur in leicht schwächerer Form.
Woher sollen wir denn wissen ob du nicht nach dem Tempban einfach wieder deine Skins auspackst. Würden wir jedem Hacker glauben der sagt er hackt nie wieder, müssten wir ja niemanden bannen. Einmal Hacker immer Hacker lautet da doch das Sprichwort und ich glaube das lässt sich auf deinen Fall hier übertragen.

make a topic on how to properly run pb.
it is not that hard at all and once done you are good to go.

md5 sum is just to keep it fair.
nobody needs to run a modded skinpack on the hardcore server as any modification can result in an unfair advantage.
even just applying a brighter color of any kind can result in a better/more clear visable enemy.

besides that you can make use of the screenshot option again. ( even tho windows 7/8 and some cfg settings can block it ) it would be quite useful to catch hackers.

so in my opinion: apart from the fact that people might struggle with installing punkbuster properly ( which can be solved by providing a noob proof detailed guideline ), there are more positive features you can get out of it.

The thing is, 1% of the players actually check the forums, and even less would take the time to install PB. They would just join another server because they wouldn't want to take the time to bother with this kind of things.
Also, the md5 check kicks all french players (well at least all those who have the french files in the "main" folder).

Ja sowas ist doch klar das ist ein klarer Vorteil für dich und ich würde dich auch nicht entbannen.
Kann man sich doch irgendwie denken das man für sowas gebannt werden kann.
