Funk's comments are pretty much bang on.
The point of trusted rank is to give people that have proved themselves some extra privileges.
In exchange for this we expect trusted players to have some responsibilities (as Funk mentioned).
Due to your history and the recent comments in this thread I don't think it's a great idea.
The server has been friendly and drama free since enforcing the bans. I'd prefer it stays this way.

In general I'd recommend just asking someone any time you are having issues. Chances are someone has had the same issue before. Radiant (and all of the other mapping tools) can be quite finicky, so reaching out to other mappers is a must. Obviously search for the error message before asking for help.
You'll find some mapping miniseries on YouTube too if you prefer to learn from videos.
I'd recommend making something really small and basic before starting a big map btw, it'll help you learn how the mapping process works.

Very weird if you're using the new Steam key. The chances someone else generated the same key is practically zero.
Maybe your old cracked key is being loaded somehow? I know keys can save to the registry.
Either way, just post the final 8 characters of your GUID and we can un-ban.
