COD4 Jump Mode

Hello guys, i was looking for a jump mod wich was uploaded on youtube but this link is broken, and i can't download the mod. The idea is that, i want to practices jumping alone, without others because i am new in the jumping. And i really need this mode. If anyone can help me, i will appreciate it. Thank You !
