You can remove them using zz_ iwd's in the modfolder containing replicas ( with different content) of the skins you'd like to replace/remove.

There will be other players with that 'pics'
and could be seen even if i change mine still.
Do you get why i say 'remove' and by that I mean completely from your whole death run system.

What's your problem? No one said you should use those Pics.
I use the default one and I never saw anyone cry about it. On the I-Net you'll find stuff which is worse. -
You don't understand if you remove it there will be no one with those pics in the game and therefor the game will be a clean sever.I am sure more people would play death run if the game was a clean version like pXg|DR there sever is clean but only one map has 'Dirty pic'
What you don't understand is that those pics don't affect the gameplay. At all. Keeping or removing them, it won't change the way people will play on the server. It won't change their gaming experience.
Furthermore, these images are not "porn". At most, they are "erotic" or "sexy". I don't think it's a big deal. -
I don't get why it is so ''nasty'' and ''disgusting'' for you.
When i started playing 3xP' Deathrun, i saw the sprays... And i did want them so much, that i did play the server so so soooo much for the levels. So i think those pics get more people than other pics
