So,i cant reach 500fps anymore, even 333 sometimes and i don't know the reason.This all happend after I installed the new drivers.Here are my pc specs if anyone is wondering:
Intel core i7-7700
GTX 1060 6gb.
Does anyone know what the problem is or what's the solution? Also I have Windows 10 and someone that I asked said that this is the problem but im not sure.

Right click on iw3mp.exe (or the shortcut) --> Properties --> CompatibilityApparently it worked for many people on games such as Overwatch or Rainbow Six (see thread here: Fixed my fps problems with the new update. Now I can finally run at 144hz. : Rainbow6), after they did the Win10 Creator update which fucked up their FPS.
