If this hasn't changed, the autobans (at least those for no recoil) don't show up on stats page, so it's normal.
So you have no recoil. That is obviously hacking. But deserve second chance.

Once a Cheater, always one. Several Games thought me exceptions are nearly impossible. Second Chances are always a risk with Bans like this to reoccur. The temptation is too huge and it always will be.
Also to Pandalien, having a running Application and, If what Mad Mouse quoted is correct and I assume so, that will definitely not help you in any way with your App. The best is just to not write anything If its not helpful to the Topic. The Insult is also a huge scratch on your impression and I will definitly add this to your Application later unless someone is faster than me.

Like I said at app topic.Its common thing to get mad with a cheater.and Yeah I admit that I was beign too mean.
Then instant perm ban me when you will see me on any of 3xP' servers, if you think that "Hacks are hacks".. 
Everybody deserves second chance, but right, only if it's worth it and guilty person regret what have done in the past. Obviously, no recoil cheat is one of worst things to use, but maybe first, let's see if banned guy want to tell us something else? If nope, I think situation is clear and he does not deserve unban, if yes.. Depends on his words.
You should have expected that you might get banned, while you cheated.
Normally we have a zero tolerance policy and i don't see any serious reason not to.
Additionally, you came up with an unban request (which is for falsely banned people and you knew that) instead of admitting it from the very beginning.
Thats like lying and it nullifies your argument that you made this because
