Holly definitely doesn't hack, he was autobanned ("NO RECOIL") while he was termi. Guess it's just a bug

Yeah I was going to unban him anyway. Was just wondering how he got banned.

Edit: Also anticheat shouldn't check for no recoil anymore when using minigun from now on, so that shouldn't happen again.
