Im tired of them.Server is allways full of them and there are no admins to kick them.

I doubt this will count but I just want to say. He is active and a well player, but he rages a lot which makes his problem.

first of all you should read the [other]Terms of admission for members (Clan/Community)
and then maybe read 2, 3, 4, 5 other applications and add a huge amount of information to your application -

Even tho he is 14 years old, you should mind more on player's activity and personality, not much on his age. Just sayin'.

I know what you mean blaze but I think everybody would care about his age much less if he had read some things like:
-we don't accept trusted apps at the moment
-the requirementsand especially if he had written a nice application instead of "hi, I want to join, thx =)"
