I think that myst. want to say that there is someone with same CDkay as yours and that person is baned. So automaticly you are banned to. If you buy game you get your own unique CDkay that noone has, and then you will be able to play.

Don't get offended by the image but I agree, buy the game someone else has been banned on that particular GUID.

Some Key from the internet is not getting unbanned, there is no certainty that it will be abused for hacking another time. Also who knows what person might try to connect with it next?
