LadyJeny - Deathrun unban request

Alright, LadyJeny got banned maybe an hour or so ago.
GER|WEED| came into the deathrun server to ask me to unban her. Since I couldn't have done anything at that point, I had nothing to do besides add her on xFire and talk her through it and tell her to appeal for an unban. Luckily, Expert was online at the time, under a different nickname until I realized it was him.
Since you already probably know how and why the ban occured, I'd say she deserves an unban. Not really sure why she got banned,but it must be a mistake.

I think you're in an iprange of a player who got an iprange ban.

Is it possible for you to get an new ip. Otherwise I've to modify the range ban

Jeny , as Mirko said , if it's possible get a different IP. If not , Mirko has to change the RANGE-BAN settings. You'll probably get your XP back as soon as possible,don't worry.

a ban has nothing todo with rank reset

in germany it's disconnection the router, and wait some minutes.
Other countrys often have static ips. So idk if it works in PT
