You should change your cdkey on original and play again if you want.
Or if you have screens from your level and prestige you can please any admin to give it to you on new account.
or you are playing with someone else's key 
either way, you must change your cd key.
the admins will not unban you as this will also unban the hacker.
to prevent this from happening in the near future: buy a legitimate keycode on steam
Using a key you found on some random website or even youtube is a very bad idea. Tons of people will be using the same one.
So yes, best thing is to buy an original key (if you don't want to buy one, you can use a keygen to generate a cracked key, at least that cracked key shouldn't be used by anyone else. Otherwise, PM me and I'll give you a cracked key that shouldn't be used by anyone else). I'll set back your prestige afterwards.
UFaced i would ask you for a link to get a keygen 'cause i lost all my folders and games in my older HDD, and my CDKey. i searched for the most rare and unused ones. but only found a lot of banned. here's the list.

As I told you through PM, I had already given an unused cracked key to that guy through PM long before you posted on that thread. Don't try to make people believe you're providing support while you know the support had already been provided
