every new line is a new rule.
They will see the rules as pm if they join the server or when they type !rules
When an admin types !rules all people will see the rules.And yea, i think you can start to edit the files.

So, personally I think that these server messages about killstreaks/killstreaks ends are simply not needed and there're doing spam on chat (check attachment). I don't know how others players think about that and this is a good time to ask (or if u don't want spam, i can make another thread with it).
I increaded the Killmessages count to 10. This means that you have to make 10 kills in under 3 seconds to see this message.
I also changed the Streakmessages to 30, 60, 90, 120. This means that you have to kill, 30, 60, 90, 120 people without a death to see this message
!a command doesn't work for all trusted players (dunno how it's working with members and above). Server says "no permissions".
!cmdlist server is returing "no permission"
!hey server is returning "no permission"
!rules command on dr and ktk is saying only one - Do not camp. On cj doesn't work completly, but I think there wasn't any cmd like that there.
Some commands where renamed and I forgot to create the aliases/ add the permissions for themAlso the GSM has a new rules plugin which isn't configured correctly atm. I know that Ufaced implemented s.th like this with the funmessages but I haven't found time to convert them to the rules plugin. Same for deathrun. The one message you saw is the default rule of the rules plugin. This plugin is disabled on cj because you can't do much wrong on this server

my Idea (the old Minecraft Server Idea):

big protected city [every people gets 1 plot on start and can buy another one with money]
you can build everywhere [plot gets protection on request]. Some Minigames like mobarena, skyblock eventfarm world:
a world with just 1 spawn building. Everyone can destroy and farm everything there. World will be resetted if it got damaged to hard [could be a automated]creative world:
predefined very big plots. Automatic Protectionskyblock word:
classic skyblocksnether and other default worlds.

configuring a MC Server isn't the problem. The configuration can be done in max. 12 hours. As I said the problem are active admins :D.
About mod servers. I think there are tons of tekkit or whatever servers. I don't think that we should run an other one

as you said, we've mappers, modders, plugin developers, server managers but no active admins.
And if you don't have active admins, the server will die.I saw many many popular minecraft servers were the leader was a stupid 12 year old kid. He failed with Logblock and many other plugin configurations but the server was full and no one cared about a huge 12000 * 12000 Block of Obsidian who accidently in the middle of his city.
So, if you can give me 3 active admins [I don't really care about the age, if the guys are ok] who wants to administrate the server (help players, kick people, etc ... ) then we can talk about a relaunch.
Atm. we've an unfished server:
normal Map with City plots
farming map (which will be cleared all x days)
gaming map (some minigames ~found @IMaxwellI's Skyblock Minigame it was still working)
creative map (creative buildings)I think many people play minigames only atm. So we could have a chance with a classic, well administrated city build server

atm the server is down.
Because 3xp nowadays is more like a cod4 / csgo clan :p
2 -3 years ago we had a big minecraft server. But then the ddos attacks started and ruined the server
have a ton of experience on hosting and managing minecraft servers and have done this often. It's not a lot of work for me to create and manage one and I like to do things like that.
We have and we know many people who have some knowledge about minecraft servers. The problem is that these players plays 75% Cod4 or CSGO and 25% Minecraft. We need people who play only minecraft. People who are online every day, who can take care of the server etc.Also we need players. It's not good to ask for players on this board because when all players/trusteds from our servers starts to play minecraft we would have a full mc server but empty cod4 server. What we need are external new people who don't affect the population of other servers
