I have this problem sometimes too.
But I don't know a real solution for this. Restarting the network adapter of laptop or restarting the router helps but I can't explain you why this happens -
so you will be online 24/7 again?

Nobody does, I just found a workaround, that's how I was doing it.

look in your GFX Card's Programm. There must be some settings for VSync. Maybe it's under game specific settings

I also think that it's a heat problem.
As deleted User already said, some cpu's reduce their power to avoid getting too warm.
On normal pc's you could check the bios for such settings and disable it, but laptops often have a reduced bios so you can't edit much there -

You can remove them using zz_ iwd's in the modfolder containing replicas ( with different content) of the skins you'd like to replace/remove.
isn't the best idea because it can cause iwd sum kicks

I was told that other gsm server has a problem with the saving of kills, headshots etc.
I couldn't reproduce this error. It would be cool if you could check your stats from time to time to see if the values increased.
