Modding help.

Hy guys,

I need some help, cuz i stucked with making my mod. I downloaded the deathrun souces, and i cant use makeMOD.bat. Can some1 help?

I know whats the problem, my friend tell me its not working only with xp, and 7 and not with 8 or 8.1. btw, its a dr mod.
And can u chek my unban rquest?
