Hey,
as you all know we had alot of discussions about the application process of the 3xP' CJ Team, and how Lead is handling it.
So as we are around 50 members in the team, we decided to make a few changes in the system, to improve the general process of applying to the 3xP' CJ Team.
Changes in the application system:
- The required time in which u need to finish the membertest on mp_galaxy, is now 3 Minutes!
If you dont get the test in this 3 Minutes, your application will stay open for 1 Month. Within this month you cant try again.
If you fail once more you will have to wait another month and so on.
- The required online time on the Server will stay 100h, but if you are
pretty unknown in the scene, we will not make exeptions anymore, as we used to before.
Meaning you have to get 100h on the Server, before you can do the member test.
- Now there will be a requirement about maturity of applicants in order to join. If we see any kind of immature behaviour we will directly decline his application.
- Another point on which we focus from now on is that we will discuss about the applicant being a benefit for the team or not.
This will not be a reason to instantly decline any applicants but this will influence our final decision.
The Application process will now run as following:
The first thing you do after you have 100h online time and wrote your application, is performing the Membertest.
When you get it, your thread will stay open for 3 Weeks, if you dont get it you have the option to try it again after 1 month as mentioned before..
After the 3 Weeks, there will be an anonymus vote running 1 week only for 3xP CJ Members with the options Yes or No.
The last word will still be by the 3xP' CJ Leaders, the vote is just to gather the honest objective oppinion of the members.
Beside that we reserve ourself the possibility do decline or accept everyone at every point of time in his application process.
This case will mostly be used if we know the applicant already very good. Best example would be an applicant like Bird.
However the open applications which we have now (aka Bird and Pretty) will run in the old system. The new system will be used with all upcoming applications.
