IP Ban Request : |3rB|* DODE

This dude, is banned two times for wallhack, by @dertom and @Kurosaki . But he changes his keycode and comes back. He doesn't change key after he gets a ban, he changes the key like, every day he gets on.

After i banned him, i was gonna make IP Ban request, but i forgot for it. I banned him for now too: 3xP' Statistics ~ « Player Details
But he will be back later today, or tomorrow. Of course If he doesn't get IP ban.

He's still playing on 3xP servers by changing his CD-key after getting banned from someone, as he says.
I would really appreciate if he gets IP ban, cause he has his Wall-hack on always.
