I have an extremely fast internet connection however when I try to go download things (e.g. nuketown map) off your server, I download at 10kb. Usually i'm at 5 mb. I'm pretty sure it isn't my internet.

Put your cl_wwwDownload 1 in console, that could fix the problem.
