He had a lot of guids

Proxy's usualy cause a high ping, which wouldn't allow him to join with it. He might use VPN but it isn't really easy to get, and i don't think a hacker cares enough to put this much effort into it.

I can only do it if the guy is in-game.
I think mirko could do it even if he's offline, but I'm not sure.

you can't unless he is ingame.

you could script a notify on his connect to catch him instantly when he gets online
