I would like to know how ANYONE could even possibly monitor this at all (- maps that say to the entire game [This Loser Finished the map first])
anyone can say "I waz teh 1st oneeee kick dat otherrr guyy" and etc. its honestly pointless you either kill the acti or you don't and you don't bitch and complain, as Paradise said"Don't do anything about it"

I asked for a way to properly monitor it, still havent seen one so the I belive the rule should not be applied if there is no proper way to deal with it.
