You have not to say if someone gets banned, Member and Trusted decide not you. Maybe don't try acting like an asshole, try to talk normal to people, maybe they will start listen then.

If you see Hacker / Cheater, you could have said it here in the Shoutbox and make a Silent Demo of the Hacker. Don't scream it out all the time like you did in the Vid.
