As an extension to #removed's post, I think it would be a good idea to add colors, or icons to people's names.
Possibly a certain color/icon for admins, as well as for guests, users, friends and members.
This would make things a lot neater, allo#removed people to know directly who they are speaking to.

I have seen him around in Deathrun, but I am pretty sure he doesn't speak English/German very well.
In the past I might have had to warm him for speaking other languages, I don't remember entirely.

From what I have seen of Marzy, he deserves to be given a chance to join. I've talked to him in-game a few times, and I have never seen him make any rude or nasty remarks to anyone.
With a nice application like this, I am almost positive you will get accepted.

Btw, you should PM me your Graphics portfolio, I'm interested in seeing some of your work.

Mike definitely deserves to join 3xP.
He is one of the more mature and respected people in the community, and will definitely help out a lot.
He is very active in-game, whenever I get on Deathrun he is almost on 100% of the time.
When I'm not on, Mike always messages me on XFire right away if someone is hacking, glitching, or cheating in any way.
Pretty much, give him a chance, I am 100% positive he will not let you down.

I also think we need some more USA - Timezone members, since a lot of people have been causing trouble lately during the "U.S" hours.

Borrow, not many players know there is a difference between "Members" and "Admins".
He is just applying to be a Member, not an admin.
