Some maps cannot be voted for on end vote. Sometimes none of the maps can be voted and the server will either restart current map or go to mp_descent_v2

Download Cod4x, solved the problem for me as well as for others, the problem is indeed Windows 10. Technical question (W10 + CoD4)
Too bad cod4x is still the best fix for this...
