Also, I met u on the server. U know, annoying people with c4 is not good. U don't respect language rule as well, nuka has already mentioned this.

No, this server is not playable (in meaning of players) like other zombie servers.

But u can try other great mods: ktk, cj, dr Community of these mods are still up and doing well

U know, that can be a hardware issue, too. it's "popular" with that problem, for real.

Unnistall all drivers from your current network card completly, replace with other, install drivers for new one, test. If it will work fine - buy new one.

Completly disable this.
