I really like your application, and as i saw you alot on the server and saw how your behaviour is,
you are friendly and help the people alot.
im really happy that you apply, cause i think you would be a benefit for the cj team.
hopefully see you active in forum in the future, and maybe in teamspeak too. (we mostly speak german there :/)

Yea but you will have to go through our normal process only members can get an admin position, and also there we have to know them very good, so basicly the only option for you is apply for membership, be active in forum/ts get all the 3xp mates know and be active on the 3xp servers 
Point is that we basicly need a guy who cares about the promod server, cause our is very unpopular, but we only give people root acsess who we know for longer time and who we can really trust.
Ill let your thread open for a few weeks and if you are active in the server.
We will deside after you reached the 100h playtime on our server.
After that we will accept/decline your app, if you still have interest.

Gap record: im sure u did rpg gaps as in mp_to_the_moon (hard) are 2 rpg gaps.

easy is green, inter is blue, inter + is red, hard is splitted in green, blue & red part.
No jumps of the easy way are in the preview
wenn man nicht will das die map nicht 400 mb groß ist is es halt nicht anders machbar, da man bei manchen jumps so circa 10 mal die länge von backlot abfliegt Also boden/wände kannste vergessen

Gefällt mir an sich ganz gut, um das ts problem solltest du dich aber aufjedenfall kümmern (neues mic kaufen oder so). Da wir ts plficht für member haben.
Die ts Pflicht ist uns ziemlich wichtig, besonders bei jüngeren amwerbern, da man nur durch ein ordentliches Gespräch einschätzen wie reif und korrekt der anwerber ist ; P
