Players from the high league used to buy csgo again to play vs noobs, and csgo devs implemented this cooldown as a counter for that i think.

But i dont rly think its usefull.

so its easy to find them and to findout witch jumps are new and witch are old.

yea isnt that cool for normal people, but the sense behind it is that proplayers dont use smurf accounts, dont know if it really helps to avoid that..

we came to the decision that we wont accept you.

The reason for this is that we think you are too inactive.
I talked with you like 3 times in teamspeak, the most time u were in teamspeak u were afk in the lobby channel.
We think that your interest to get us know and get a part of 3xp is too low.

I sadly have to say, that we dont think you will fit very well in the 3xP Clan.
As we are an international clan, we think a member should be able to understand fluently english and also to talk it a little bit, we dont see that from you.
