if you have some time you can convert the mpdata files to the new ones.
The mpdata file is encrypted with your Key. When you start cod4 is uses your key to decrypt it.
There is a script by aluigi which decryptes a mpdata with your old key and encrypted it with a new one -

use md5 iwd verification. problem solved
In general idea is good.
Main problem is that 90% of the people doesn't have a working pb.
Activating md5 sums is overkill. Kills IWD Modders and all other people with no pb -
I think that people don't care about redownloding a map if this fixes errors

- We personally have troubles with people who getting stuck in 'setting up game' when they have downloaded the mod. Maybe this is a server error of ours, but its only since the new update.
I think this is caused by the CoD1.7x Server Files
