My 2019 Tucson has started clunking whenever I go over speed bumps or rough patches and it's gotten noticeably worse over the past month. It doesn't do it on smooth roads, just when the suspension compresses, which makes me think it's a worn bushing, a sway bar link or maybe a strut mount. The car has about 90k on it so it's not surprising that something's worn out but I'd rather get it diagnosed properly than start replacing random parts. Has anyone had a similar clunk on their Tucson or Santa Fe and what was the culprit? Also, is it safe to keep driving while I sort this out or could it turn into something more serious if I ignore it? I do a fair bit of highway driving so I'd rather not gamble.
