Ok so i don't know if this is one player or different players but these accounts share the same ip and they all play at the same time on DR.
Anyways, he/they keep(s) insulting players, breaking rules, spamming, using bugs.......

The same accounts can be from same IP, cause they're brothers/sisters/friends using the same Wi-Fi.
I think, that first of all we should use permaban. Then, if they will keep changing cd key we can permaban them by ip.
I agree with shae, and have some SS's if needed for proof. They insult, spam, speak un-allowed languages, ignore annoy and insult trusted players, laggjump, etc.
IP-Ban would be a good solution for them..
