Got banned for no reason

I got banned foe the hack NoRecoil, i dont use hacks at all, i was playing on this sv: 91.121.21.210:28960 the one that let you choose the gamemode and the map, if u can please fix that.. i was like in the 4th prestige and i dont want to loose everything thank you
