I play on that srv like at least 3h

Play on the server, get noticed by the admins. Get friendly with most admins and players. Do not make/talk crap.
And you have a chance of winning. You can't apply for Friend, you have to earn it + admin's choice. If that doesn't work out, donate for VIP. -
+ Not sure do you deserve 'Friend Status'.. You keep saying 'noob', 'idiot' and you insult some of the players on servers and such. I prefer you to donate or apply for member. Dunno, gl. :p
