If you game is still lagging it'll be your CPU, and if you want to upgrade it you need to buy everything new.

If you want tho change your CPU you need a new Motherboard new Ram new HDD new Drive and maybe a Chassis and a Powersupply.

i would get a GT240 nvidia GeForce i'm using that one atm i get 500fps tops but i need more ram an better CPU only have 3.3 daul core but reading as a single... and only 1gb ram cause my other motherboard went bad now im using a E macines mother board with DDR 1 an they only come in 520 per a card..

but yea make ur own computer i'll take a pic of mine an post up i can give you a link to the graphics card if u want think only at $200-350 USD

There is absolutely no way you can get 500fps with your build. Not possible unless you're using an FPS config, such as yitch3 and playing on lowest settings...
Take a look at my build from my last post, I usually get 500-600fps on normal maps, and 800-1000fps on codjumper/deathrun maps, on highest graphics at 1920 x 1080.

Its not really necessary, but it would be a nice upgrade.
