    Yes, Aurel is (still?) 14.
    The minumum age for joining is 16 since a few month.
    Yes, if admins really want s.b., he can join earlier (like dertom or Aurel004).

    @Para: yes, because we didn't follow the rules that much and noone said anything against it (and you were a mapper...)
    But now someone (Kresh) wants her to join TS and when 1 admin says s.th. we have to follow him...
    If no admin has s.th. against it everything would be fine...

    We have the requirement that applicants have to join TS once so we can talk to them a little bit...
    I personally do not use that rule very often (as you can see on my message you quoted) but other admins (like Kresh) want it anyways and I don't want to stab Kresh in his back when I accept s.o. that he doesn't want to accept yet.
    I'm sorry but he's a RL mate of mine :D.
    Ofc we trust you and Wing and Luna that she's a girl and I don't know about Kresh's detailed reasons why he wants her to join TS before he will accept her but I'll do so because that are the rules...


    @Luna's PM: Kresh hasn't closed the thread yet...


    EDIT: My proposal: We wait for the uptake into the clan until she was in TS with Kresh (with no timelimit). Okay?

    Hello Community!


    Our current custom skins on our servers are quite old and lame/boring in our opinion.
    So we are searching for new skins and this time we want to incoperate the whole community!
    Therefore we will now announce the


    3xP' Weapon Skin Contest '13


    YOU now have the possibility to show us (and the community) your creativity and maybe become a part of 3xP' servers!


    WHO IS ALLOWED TO TAKE PART?
    Everyone is allowed to take part at the contest.
    Players, 3xP' Members... it doesn't matter.
    Feel free to tell your friends about this contest.
    You can also work in teams.


    WHAT DO YOU NEED?


    WHAT CAN YOU USE?
    A download package of quite all CoD4 weapon raw files is available HERE.
    Furthermore, we have a package of 3xP' logos you can use if you want. Just contact mirko911 here in board and he will help you.


    WHAT DO WE LIKE YOU TO DO?

    We need skins for the follo#removed CoD4 weapons:


    Just create skins for as much weapons as you like but at least do the marked ones (these are the most important ones).


    WHERE WILL YOUR SKINS BE USED?
    We will use the winner skins on all our CoD4 servers (only if possible, e.g. on Hardcore it's not possible).


    HOW TO TAKE PART?

    • Create an skin pack using #removed's tutorial (link above).

    • Pack the files in a "ZIP" or "RAR" archive.

    • Upload it on Mediafire, Rapidshare, Dropbox, ....

    • Make a participation post under this thread which contains the follo#removed information (you can find an example at the end of this post):

      • Your or your team's name
      • Your contact information (xFire, Steam, Skype)
      • Ingame preview images of your skins (the more, the merrier) in a spoiler
      • Download link of the ZIP/RAR archive
      • Additional information: video skin preview, description, ... (not needed necessarily)


    You are allowed to edit your post if you improved your project. On the closing date (30.09.2013) we will take your latest version.


    WHO WILL PICK THE WINNER?
    The winner will be picked by the community!
    After the closing date they will be able to vote for their favorite for two weeks in our board / on our clanpage.
    Everyone (including 3xP' Members) is allowed to vote. The creators are allowed to vote as well.


    WHAT WILL BE THE PRICES?

    • The honour that your skins are used on 3xP' servers xD

    • Your name mentioned in a special server message

    • A special Welcome Message on all our servers

    • A special server group (which contains the same permissions as Friend)


    WHAT ARE THE RULES?
    By taking part at this contest you accept the follo#removed rules.

    • The participation phase ends on 30.09.2013 at 20:00h (UTC+1).

    • If you break a rule, you are disqualified from the contest!

    • Your skins have to be new and still unreleased!

    • The skin has to be 100% your work (no copying of skins from other guys)!

    • You grant 3xP' the exclusive right of use for your skins. 3xP' is allowed to use and modify them in any way they want.


    So, go get started and create an unforgetable skin that makes you awesome!!! :D
