Before you even think about making an application to become a 3xP' member you have to check first if you fulfill the follo#removed requirements:

• Minimum age: 16 years => not younger!
  

• Additionally to game server activity: board and TS3 activity => important
  

• Not a member in another clan which plays: Call of Duty 4, Minecraft, DayZ => no double clan membership
  

• Social behaviour: helpful, kind, candid => we do not need dicks
  

• General gaming skills: We are more a fun clan than a pro clan but you should not be a noob => Esport experiences will have positive impacts on your app
  

After you checked the points above, DO NOT start writing your app! There is the follo#removed rule:

The applicant has to join the 3xP' TS3 server FIRST BEFORE he/she sends in his/her application.
He/She has to talk (!) to a Main/CoD4/Minecraft/DayZ admin and ask the admin for permission to applicate.

To prevent you application from being closed/rejected instantly, do the follo#removed steps:

• Join our TS3 server (ts.3xp-clan.com) before you post your application
  

• Message an admin or join his channel and tell him that you want to applicate
  

• He will talk with you a little bit and test your communication skills
  

• If he is satisfied with you he will give you the okay to write and send in your application
  

• After you posted your application, send the link to the admin and he will verify your application
  

Finally here are a few points your application should contain:

• Your reallife first name
  

• Current ingame name
  

• Your age (with birthdate)
  

• Servers you play on
  

• Games you play except CoD4/Minecraft/DayZ
  

• Why you want to join our clan
  

• Esport experiences
  

• CoD4 stats page profile link (3xP' Statistics ~ All about your gameplay » Main Overview)
  

Your application should be written in English! German is optional.

So, let's start the new rule we discussed and accepted yesterday on the clan discussion directly with you:

3. We'll reopen this thread and the application process can go on or we'll close this thread forever and set it as 'done'.

So, you flamed #removed because of f*cking nonsense (I saw the chatlogs and WeeD can confirm that) and then you ignored him when he wants to talk with you about your problem and then you left the clan because you "didn't feel well informed and so on" (I don't believe that, I think you left because of your unnecessary beef with Wing)...
So what am I supposed to think about you now?
I was very disappointed and little short of angry about your clan leaving and at this moment I thought "When he wants to join again, I will say NO because he deserves it!"... That was when you left the clan.
Now I think a little bit different:
"NO, not yet", that's my opinion atm.
So, for all who haven't understood my words yet, I am against his joining now, but maybe (!) he can join later, but definately not now.

So, that was my point.
Hopefully, Panda, you'll learn s.th. out of your former behaviour.
