Your CPU is likely bottle-necking your GPU.
a friend of mine has the exact same cpu and mobo as me except i have more ram and a better gpu and he gets 333 fine

Hi everyone,
Im Shibby, a bit of background, I used to do bounces many years ago on a laptop I had and now that I have upgraded to a better pc I thought why not give it another go, and so i did. I re bought cod 4 on steam and started playing, then I got really into it and realised that different fps matters.
So I set the binds up and was getting 125 then 250 but I can never get 333.
Dont get me wrong I know my pc isnt a bad pc, my specs are:
GTX 1060 6GB
16gb Ram
amd fx-6300 cpuSo I see no reason as to why im not getting 333 fps, ive tried some of the configs recommended on here like Mirkos but no luck, any help would be greatly appreciated.
