I agree that you guys should implement a feature where players start off with a higher prestige level, because today when i played with Yuri i was completely unmatched by him , not skill-wise, perk-wise. I also saw other servers giving out free points of prestige to new players.
+ Maybe you can make players start off as prestige level 2, just not to be completely outmatched, and the first 10 levels of prestige should be alot easier to clear out (plus+ it would be alotta fun seeing myself leveling up 5 levels with every single kill) , maybe make them take about 2 hours of play to clear out, then the levels after 10 should be how they are already, ofcourse you can change the numbers around but you get the idea...

Edit2: I probably would've left the server when I saw how much work i had to go through to reach Yuri's level, if it weren't for Yuri talking to me about random dumb shit, so indeed, it would help to implement such feature
