The same accounts can be from same IP, cause they're brothers/sisters/friends using the same Wi-Fi.

A rule in KTK - Don't reconnect or use !ktk as a Dog/Assasin.
Some people do it as a dog and it is pretty annoying, cause then if there is a ''noob'' assasin, he'll not able to kill anyone, maybe he will but it would be really hard for him alone. And also, the dog who has reconnected can be a guard, i think, and it is unfair. Cause you've been picked as a dog that round.
And punishment for that would be like TempBan for 10 mins if he does it one time, 2nd time 1hour, 3rd time a day.Cheers,

There just can be like a special group of trusted players. Like level 4 for KTK trusted players who have reached prestige 55(i think there is only one/two, so maybe not prestige 55) and has trusted (level3), so they wont abuse it on themselves. Or give it to others, cause they're trusted 3 and so Manager(s)/Leader(s) really trust him/her.
That's just my opinion. It would be a little easier.Cheers,

constantly calling vote map changes on ktk server
In chat logs, i see he did it only ONCE. And you after that just insulted him for testing a command. Don't be so 'Rude' or 'mad' on other admins, cause you've been rejected. -

I also agree with you Rhoyder. Same with me, if i play minecraft, i play forge with mods. In vanilla there is nothing new. And all things are known. Would be really interesting, if the server would require some mods/modpacks.
Like lets take 'Tekkit' for example. There are machines, interesting items, etc. And in 'Tekkit' is interesting that, you make new Rings, machines, Generators and more. But there would be a problem, that it would be empty cause it would require a modpack, and the players would need to search the tekkit(Lets say it is tekkit server) modpack first. And they'll be lazy and will not dowload and put the modpack in by themselves. Maybe there is a plugin, that asks you to download the modpack and it automatically puts the modpack in the .minecraft folder. I also think, it would need two servers then, cause it will need to require to download the modpack in one server (Cause you can't enter the server without the modpack) and then when it downloads, and puts in the folder, it automatically redirects you to the other server. Also, i think if there would be two servers, in the MAIN server there can be like Factions/survival. And in the start, if you right press on the 'Tekkit' server sign, it asks your permission to download the modpack and put it in the folder automatically & Redirect you to the server too. But it also would need forge, but forge needs to be done for the player him/herself.
I'm just saying and i think it will be vanilla anyways

This dude, is banned two times for wallhack, by @dertom and @Kurosaki . But he changes his keycode and comes back. He doesn't change key after he gets a ban, he changes the key like, every day he gets on.
