thanks for writing a post on our board.
I just looked up your ip and found out that you have an other ban for "causing crashes".

As you may notices there are some people who causes a crash on our servers. I think that you also causes crashs on our server. But I think it isn't your intention to crash the server [otherwise you wouldn't write a thread here ;-)].

The problem is that I don't really know the reasons for the crash. And there you could help us because you could tell me s.th about your configuration.
Are you playing with the normal Cod4 1.7 or do you use Cod4 1.8 [an improvement of 1.7 written by IceOps Ninja]?

unfortunately I'm not at home for the 3 days so I can't help you much atm. I can unban you but if you really causes crashs it would be very uncool for us. But give it a try. You should be unbanned after map change

Short description:
Aimbot: The hacker starts shooting and you see that the hacker turns 180° and kills on then he turns 45° and kills one and maybe again 180° and kills an other one. Aimbot forces the hacker to look at the enemy. Also aimbot has a significant high headshot rate (if the hacker is stupid). With good aimbots you can define an Angle and a bodypart to shoot at which makes it only a bit harder to detect.

Roccat: The hacker shoots in the air and the enemy gets hit. This is harder to detect because cod4 also does this sometimes (esp. with scope/promod scope). Also our hardcore server has some improvements for noscope shootings with scope

The fastdl works with this map. Has anyone else this problems?

All 3xP' Members have ban and map/gametype permissions.
That we give you this features has some reasons.

• the permission files are superglobal. That means that you have the same Adminmod Permissions on all servers (ktk,dr,cj,nuketown ...)
• it may happens that you and an other guy are alone on nuketown. Maybe the guy asks if you want to play dm instead of sd because it makes more fun with 2 or 3 people. You can change the gametype and all is fine (same reasons for maps).
• Members have ban rights because there would be to much ban requests on our board. Admins may haven't time to watch the demos and ban the players. It's also an annoying if a member has to tempban a player 3 or 4 times until the admin enforces a real perm ban
• You may not believe it, but it has some reasons why people are member. In my opinion they should be old enough to know when it's ok to change a map/gametype or to ban a player. It also would be very unfair if we revoke a command from member list, because 1 guy abused it. !map isn't needed very often but when you need it and you haven't the command it's very annoying

So, that's the reason why you have !map, !gametype, !ban permissions
