who's hyped for modern warfare? how are they gonna ruin it this time, lootboxes, dlcs, bad servers, ...?

I say this every year.. but this MW looks really good. Looking foward to the Open Beta in Sept, its running on a new Engine and looks to have far more in-depth customizations etc. Which is huge.

I think they said that all dlc is gonna be free so they won't split up the playerbase. Also now there's crossplay with consoles so maybe the servers don't die after 2 weeks.

However it's Activision so who knows, they will prolly add microtransactions to the game after a few weeks like they did with Black Ops 4...

Everything I've heard and have seen from gameplay.. it looks promising. As you mentioned, free DLC post launch, crossplay and so on. Gameplay looks solid and has a new feel to it, quite like Battlefield/R6 movement with the gun wobble etc.
