Don't think so HawK, steam (overlay) and nVidia GeForce Experience seem to have a huge impact fps/mouse performance aswell in cod4

When I had the issues it was literally unplayable, each time I'd move the mouse my FPS would go down to 2... good ol' Windows

Jayme that bug can also be caused by your mouse having a too high polling rate (1000 Hz). Apparently some mouse manufacturers say their mice can handle 1000 Hz while it can't, which causes lag when moving your mouse

Yeah I went through all the checks for that, tried a new mouse, different GPU, even tried my SSD on another PC Build and the problems were still there - tried an uninstall of the latest Windows update and it fixed it

yea same happens if u just load position when inspecting! u lose the gun few secs after tho so not a big deal.
